I was referred to AFC by a co-worker that had them install his fence. After reading reviews on Angie's List, we decided to use them as well and have not regretted our decision. AFC was prompt in responding to any questions we had, and at no point did we feel pressured during the entire quote to final sale process.
Here is where AFC really stands apart from other companies in any field. My gate, was damaged when one of our kids slammed it shut, and one of the boards split. I called Jeff and told him what happened and within a few days my gate was fixed, and stained to match the original and we were not charged a dime for this.
We also had to have our fence repaired when a dump truck smashed into our fence while unloading a load of dirt. It damaged our fence pretty good and I was pretty upset since it was so new. Jeff came out looked at the damage, quoted me a VERY fair price for fixing it, and during his inspection noticed that a post further down the fence was not straight. They repaired our fence like new AND fixed the pole that he noticed under warranty.
I feel AFC truly cares about its customers before, during and after the sale, and that is rare in this day and age. They are a top quality company with excellent customer service.

I'm old school, the type of guy who walks around bemoaning about how things used to be. Quality? Customer service? Forget about it! So when I started looking for someone to replace my fence I didn't have high expectations. But there's hope for us all. Affordable Fences came out, listened to what I had to say, built the fence that I had pictured in my mind, finished it in the time they had promised, left a pristine job site behind, along with a fence that is the envy of my neighbors. That was a year ago, but last week the owner of the company, Jeff Whitely, was wandering around the outside of my fence unsolicited just to make sure it still looked good. I definitely recommend Affordable Fences for your fencing needs. They were responsive to all my requests and gave thorough, thought out bids. We had multiple homeowners involved due to shared fences, so the bid was broken down so each homeowner would know their cost. Their team did a great job of getting the fence built and in the time they said. I love my new fence!
